Revisions to the PEOSH Standards Regarding the Reporting of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses

This revised Safety Alert is being sent as a result of amendments to the Recording and Reporting
Occupational Injuries and Illnesses Standard (29 CFR 1904 et seq.). This includes a change to procedures
for reporting work-related injuries, illnesses, and fatalities.
