The purpose of an Emergency Action Plan (EAP) is to facilitate and organize employer and employee actions during workplace emergencies. Well developed emergency plans and proper site-specific employee training will result in fewer and less severe employee injuries and less structural damage to the facility during emergencies.

Site-specific employee training will assist employees with understanding their roles and responsibilities within the Emergency Action Plan.

A poorly prepared EAP, likely will lead to a disorganized evacuation or emergency response, resulting in confusion, injury, and property damage.

Skyline is able to assist employers with establishing site-specific Programs, Procedures, and Employee Training to minimize hazards that their employees may potentially be affected by during emergency situations.
