Our on-going professional services may be related to diverse safety and health issues and/or environmental compliance, including (but not limited to) regulatory compliance facility audits; municipal safety and health program liability insurance reviews; site-specific, bilingual public employees (PEOSH) and private sector (OSHA) safety and health programs and related training; State of New Jersey Department of Health (NJDOH) Certified Right to Know programs and related bilingual training; related regulatory issues assistance, environmental management and site assessments; and air quality studies. Skyline has significant experience in working with federal, state and local regulatory agencies.
Our professional services are provided in accordance with the United States Department of Labor, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) Standards, the State of New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development (NJDOL), the State of New Jersey Department of Health (NJDOH), the State of New Jersey Right to Know (RTK) Program Standards, the United States Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) requirements and the State of New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) regulations.
The exceptional professionals at Skyline separate us from other firms by allowing us to communicate in fluent Spanish and provide site-specific Safety and Health Programs and Training. In addition, Skyline is authorized by the State of New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) and the State of New Jersey Water Environment Association (NJWEA) to offer State of New Jersey Licensed Wastewater Treatment Operators with accredited Training Contact Hours (TCH) certificates for all current safety and health training sessions. Skyline is certified by the American Red Cross to conduct First Aid/CPR/AED training, the American Traffic Safety Services Association (ATSSA) to conduct Flagger Safety (and Work Zone Safety) training and the National Safety Council (NSC) for Defensive Driving training and related credits. Skyline is authorized by OSHA to conduct 30-hour and 10-hour General Industry and Construction training.
Skyline’s experienced professional team includes Certified Safety Professionals (CSP), a Qualified Environmental Professional (QEP), Certified Industrial Hygienists (CIH), a Professional Engineer (PE), Masters of Public Health (MPH), and Masters of Occupational Safety and Health (M.S.). Several Skyline employees are retired from the State of New Jersey Department of Health (NJDOH) (PEOSH), Department of Labor & Workforce Development, the NJDOH Right to Know Department and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). The Skyline staff has assisted with developing and establishing the current safety and health regulations.
